The project starts up again on 3/20 with the delivery of framing materials and setup.

Window rough openings topped off. Sill plates installed.

A layer on top of the sill plates.

Subfloor is in place and the walls are going up!

Began work on soffit detail. Snowed out.

Snow has melted. Back to the soffits!

The old tin roof looses some ground.

No time for pictures. Too busy catching rain water leaking in through yesterday's demolition.
Also water in basement because backfill and grading are not finished. F-U-N!!!

Rain, rain, go away. Come again when everything is finished and we need new grass to grow.

Roof decking.

Bathroom framed.
Soffit sheathing completed.
